Interior Design
The Brief

The key to project success lies in creating interiors that truly reflect our clients' needs and desires which is why we invest time in the initial stages to understand the clients brief. The process begins with a consultation to understand how our clients intend to utilise the space, their personal style, lifestyle, and aspirations. We will then conduct a site visit, review floor plans and photographs, and comprehend all relevant factors such as time constraints, budget considerations and any structural or administrative requirements. Once we have gathered this information we will present a proposal, outlining our understanding of the brief and providing an estimated budget for the FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) as well as our associated design fee.
Design

Based on the detailed brief, our approach involves presenting concept designs that include floor plans showcasing the proposed furniture layouts and any necessary structural changes. Additionally, we will provide mood board presentations that feature samples of all proposed finishes, along with imagery of suggested furniture and joinery concepts. This stage is highly collaborative, and we encourage our clients to provide extensive feedback to ensure that we are aligned with their vision and requirements. On approval of the initial design, we then progress to finalise the finer details, which will be presented for approval, this includes any drawings of bespoke furniture, selected finishings, curated art and accessories. This is presented alongside an itemised quotation that is in accordance with the agreed budget.
Procurement

The schedule of works will be clearly defined and agreed upon. Once all onsite requirements are met, the project will commence, and our project coordinators and designers will actively participate in regular site meetings. These meetings serve to ensure that our designs are being executed precisely as specified and that the project is progressing according to plan. Throughout the process, we will keep the client well-informed and updated. Additionally, we will oversee the snagging process during the designated period, providing our clients with the assurance and peace of mind to fully enjoy their property.
